Herz Jesu Vocational and Entrepreneurship College Anyigba is situated in Anyigba, Dekina LGA, Kogi State — close to Prince Abubakar Audu University. Born out of a desire to engage youths in skill acquisition and career building, the college is an initiative of the Herz Jesu Foundation for Youths and Children Empowerment, founded by Fr. Dr. Theophilus Ugbedeojo Ejeh of the Catholic Diocese of Idah, Nigeria in 2020.
The college has been under construction since 2021, largely financed by benefactors from Germany: UDAMA Förderverein, Friedrich-Mulka Stiftung (Paderborn), Kolping Familie St. Hedwig, St. Liborius Pfarrgemeinde, and St. Hubertus-Schützenbruderschaft Dahl 1927. Our vision is to bridge the gap between secondary and higher education — empowering skills, building entrepreneurs, and brightening the future of Nigerian youths.
